Proposed Zone Lines for New Nolensville Schools

WCS Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney will present the district's zoning recommendation for the new Nolensville schools to the School Board at its April 17 work session.  Mill Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Middle and Nolensville High schools are expected to open in the fall of 2016 and will share a campus off York Road.

At a community meeting April 10, Dr. Looney told parents he plans to make some adjustments to the original proposal.  Those adjustments include recommending that the Brittain Downs subdivision be zoned for Sunset Elementary, Sunset Middle and Nolensville High schools.

Nolensville High

According to the zoning parameters put in place by the School Board at its March 24 meeting, Nolensville High will open to only freshmen and sophomores.  Slide #1 illustrates the current zones for Ravenwood High as well as the district's zoning recommendation for Nolensville High; Slide #2 contains enrollment projections for both high schools; and Slide #3 shows middle school feeder patterns for Nolensville High.
